Process Monitoring


Location: Kabul, Herat Parwan, Bamyan, Nangarhar, and Balk Afghanistan

Since the beginning of project activities, no impact study has been carried out, therefore there is in place a strong need to monitor the process, in order to provide MRRD and the donors the information needed to properly plan the programme future activities.

The overall objective is to capture field experience, best practices, lessons learnt, limitations/challenges in AREDP implementation in 5 provinces and support the programme in strengthening systems and procedures on the base of the experience (In house & external).

The project purpose is to provide process monitoring services in Bamyan, Parwan, Nangarhar, Herat and Balk, supporting and strengthening AREDP program processes, methodologies, and process M&E functions.

- Conducted survey interviews and FGDS to capture field experience, best practices, lessons learnt, limitations/challenges in AREDP implementation in 5 provinces and support the programme in strengthening systems and procedures on the base of the experience (In house & external).

- Conducted validation and analysis of results.

- Identify appropriate improved to support and strengthen AREDP program processes, methodologies, and process M&E functions.
